10 Minute Leg AMRAP Workout

This little number is sure to have you sweating and burning in no time. No equipment necessary- all you need is you, your timer, and a little motivation!


The best thing about it?- it’s only 10 minutes! Anyone has space for 10 minutes in their day. And if you have more time, or are more advanced repeat 1-3 times for even more burn!


The Workout 

Repeat the following exercises as many times as possible in 10 minutes! Set your timer, and if you want to repeat this more than once, go for it- adjust this workout to your fitness level. Exercises below.
