20-Minute Full Body HIIT Workout

With school ending and summer coming up, I know you’ve got a million things to do, but you still want to have that rockin’ summer bod right? Well, you’ve come to the right place! This quick 20-minute, full body workout will get your body prepped in all the right places, and in as short as 20 minutes, why not?!

Your Workout

2x (40 seconds exercise, 20 seconds rest)

Complete each exercise below, alternating 40 seconds of exercise, with 20 seconds of rest before moving on to the next exercise. Once you’ve completed all the exercises in the routine once, rest as needed (about 1-3 minutes), then repeat the entire routine again!

HIIT is intense. It’s supposed to be intense, and it’s supposed to burn calories! But don’t push yourself too hard too fast, that often ends in injury. If this workout is too hard for you, slow it down, and consider shortening the time spent exercising, or alternating with greater rest periods. If you’re a HIIT pro, tack on another round for 3 total rounds, or do more exercise with less rest.

I hope you guys enjoy this workout, and it’s a tool you can use to get in shape and ready for summer. Let’s do this! You got it!!
