Beach Body Bootcamp

Hi, friends welcome back! Another week, another opportunity to get fit. This week I wanted to share with you guys my favorite full body workout- Beach Body Bootcamp! This workout is perfect when you’re in a bind for time totaling only 27 total minutes, but most importantly it’s built to make you burn everywhere. So grab your timer, some water, and your PK Fitness app and let’s get to it!


The Workout

All that’s to this workout is there four total round, each round with 6 minutes of exercise. There are 4 exercises in each round, which you will repeat in circuit style (one after the other), as many times as you can until 6 minutes is up. In between each round you will get 1 minute of rest. Feel free to catch your breath and drink some water if needed. Good luck!


Round 1

Complete 10 reps of each exercise. Repeat round 1 for 6 mins.


Rest 1 min.

Round 2

Complete 10 reps of each exercise. Repeat round 2 for 6 mins.


Rest 1 min.

Round 3

Complete 10 reps of each exercise. Repeat round 3 for 6 mins.


Rest 1 min.

Round 4

Complete 10 reps of each exercise. Repeat round 4 for 6 mins.
