This healthy homemade granola is oh, so easy and delicious! This nutty, lightly sweet combo can really spice up your breakfast in a variety of ways. Eat it in a bowl of greek yogurt with fresh fruit, enjoy it with a splash of almond milk, add it to a smoothie bowl for an extra little crunch, or just eat it by itself as a snack!! It is so so good, and good for you too.
This recipe is versatile and foolproof. Feel free to mix and match different nut and dried fruit combos. I tend to throw whatever I have around into the mix, but this combo is one of my favorites so far. And I can’t wait to share the goodness with you.
Just throw it all together, mix it up, and bake in the oven. That’s really all there is to it.
However, I will just give one little tip here, please watch it close to make sure you take it out when golden brown and toasty. If you let it burn, it really ruins the flavor!!
