Full Effort is Full Victory

Everyone wants to know the secret to a successful fitness program. If you look around you’ll see a plethora of articles, apps, diets, and gyms that all claim to have the winning formula. However, if you’re like most people, you’ve probably tried a bunch of these over the years with only limited success.

Why, you ask? I think it is because we are all wired for instant gratification. Everything around us screams that there is a faster, easier path! Everyone is looking for the easy path to business success, to financial success, to relationships success and, of course, to fitness success. The idea of perseverance and hard work is foreign to many and our desire for instant results with minimal effort often leads to disappointment.

Ok, so you’re feeling the motivation to do what it takes for real change, now what?  How does one even measure things like perseverance and hark work? How can I measure and track my improvement over time? With PK Fitness, it’s simple. It’s all about effort!

In my experience, I have seen a distinct and direct relationship between effort and success. The observation is what inspired the creation of PK Fitness. By the way, notice I simply said success.  It really doesn’t matter whether you’re training at the highest levels of competition or simply trying to lose a few extra pounds. More than any other factor, effort is what separates you from achieving your goals.

At PK Fitness, we believe fitness is a very personal journey. There is no one-size-fits-all fitness plan that works for everyone. Furthermore, measures like ‘how fast’ or ‘how far’ are often not the right motivators. Fitness is a journey and PK Fitness meets you where you’re at and helps to inspire and motivate you to achieve your individual goals. Mahatma Gandhi said it best in this quote.

“Satisfaction lies in the effort, not in the attainment, full effort is full victory”

— Mahatma Gandhi

So, let’s do it together. Find an activity you enjoy and give it your best effort…. using the PK Fitness App of course!
